Sleep Testing From the Comfort of your Home
Wireless detection!

  • The only sleep study (polysomnography) product in Taiwan that has been clinically validated by the National Taiwan University Hospital, Taipei Veterans General Hospital, China Medical University Hospital and Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital.
  • Refer to the theory of cardiopulmonary coupling (CPC) established at the Harvard Medical School, the product is developed and commercialized by Taiwan's strong capabilities in medical research, ICT and AI technology.
  • It makes the detection of sleep apnea, sleep quality, nocturnal hypoxia, continuous oxygen desaturation, heart rate, rapid screening of arrhythmia and dysautonomia easy and enjoyable.
  • By using the most advanced wireless sensing technology, Largan CPC can help you track and monitor physiological information without interference and keep away chronic diseases caused by sleep disorders which will safeguard your health!

Taiwan’s Pioneering
Medical Grade Sleep Cloud

  • Medical-grade sleep study results can be obtained through the nation's first Largan CPC® medical-grade sleep cloud for analysis.
  • Integrated with ICT and AI technology, sleep analysis reports can be produced within one minute after uploading data recorded throughout the night.
  • Test results: Apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) and type, sleep structure and quality analysis, Oxygen Desaturation Index (ODI) and analysis, heart rate and heart rate variability analysis, nighttime wakeup analysis and sleep posture analysis.

Remote detection and tracking
DOMII Cloud

  • With our mobile app, testing has never been more simpler or enjoyable!
  • Largan CPC® utilizes the most advanced wireless sensor technology, it can help you track and monitor physiological information without interference.
  • Combined with your mobile phone app you only have to wear our wireless DOMII ECG and oximeter. After a night's sleep, upload the recorded data and you can view the physiological report of the previous night.
  • Test results: Apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) and type, sleep structure and quality analysis, oxygen saturation index (OSI) and analysis, rapid screening for cardiac arrhythmia, heart rate and heart rate variability analysis, nighttime wakeup analysis, and sleep posture analysis.

Conventional polysomnography

  • Long waiting time in the queue.
  • Some test subjects feel uncomfortable/cannot accept the testing environment ➨ Affects sleep status.
  • The test site is located in a specific PSG room in the hospital (limited to one person per bed, per night).
  • The test must be monitored by a professional sleep technician during the night.
  • Test data must be interpreted and analyzed by a certified sleep technician.

The first medical-grade sleep cloud in Taiwan
LARGAN CPC® Sleep Testing System

LARGAN CPC® New Gen Sleep Testing Features

  • No conductive wires required for the device with zero interference on sleep.
  • Automatic analysis of sleep data results, no need for manual interpretation.
  • Easy to detect, suited for long-term monitoring and efficacy tracking.
  • Convenient for large-scale screening of potential patients (sleep screening).
  • No hospitalization: your home is the monitoring station, for a true reflection of the sleep status.

How does it work?

Oximeter provides information about AHI index and type, sleep structure and quality analysis, OSI index heart rate and HRV analysis, nighttime wakeup analysis, sleep posture analysis.

Paste it well and firmly

Make sure the top button of the DOMII ECG is facing upward, and that the patch is sitting firmly and securely. Use a bandage tape and position it in a cross for a more secure fit.

Activating the device

Press the top button of the DOMII ECG, wait for the response light, press the oxygen sensor, and wait for the blood oxygen index to appear, then go to bed and start sleeping.

Wearing an oximeter

In order to obtain accurate pulse oximetry, you need to clip it securely so that it stays in position. (with tape or fixed finger cot)

Fill out the log sheet

Immediately upon awakening in the morning, remove the oximeter and patch and then fill out the log sheet.

The importance of sleep

Sleep is a basic human need and nearly 1/3 of a person's life is spent in sleep. Good sleep eliminates fatigue, improves brain function, enhances the immune system and delays aging.

Sleep deprivation affects daily behavior: long-term sleep disorders can trigger a variety of physical diseases, including endocrine disorders in the body, resulting in a weaker immune system. Acne will appear as well. People with lack of sleep are prone to suffering from dysautonomia, the three hypers (hypertension, high blood cholestrol, and high blood sugar), liver injury, poor memory, depression, obesity, urinary problems tract diseases, sexual function problems and other diseases.

In fact, the various " cognitive abilities " we need to live every day, from judgment to memory, all need to be regulated by sleep in order to maintain a certain level of function. In the case that the quality of sleep worsens or sleep time is drastically reduced, it is easy to cause cognitive impairment. Studies have found that many accidents, such as car accidents, are often related to " sleep disorders ".

  • Hypertension

People who sleep only 6 to 7 hours a day have a 7% increased risk of hypertension; those who sleep less than 6 hours a day have a 35% increased risk of hypertension.

  • Diabetes

Abnormal sleep duration can lead to abnormal glucose metabolism and can increase the prevalence of diabetes. Fragmented sleep and micro-arousals are the key to developing diabetes.

  • Brain Stroke

According to the American Heart Association's health advocacy data, " insomnia increases the risk of heart disease and stroke " . Insomnia is a common complication of stroke. Patients suffering from strokes have so-called sleep/wake disorders (SWD), most of which are characterized by insomnia, excessive daytime sleepiness, fatigue, or excessive sleep duration. Severe OSA increases the mortality rate of stroke patients and worsens the degree of disability.

  • Emotional and judgmental disorders

Lack of adequate sleep can lead to a number of sequelae (after-effects), such as drowsiness, emotional instability, depression, stress, anxiety, lowered immunity, impaired judgment, and loss of logical thinking.
